QuickTours™

Frequently Asked Questions

What is QuickTours™?

QuickTours™ is a lightweight marketing solution that automates key real estate tasks. Automated listing pages, pocket/off-market listings, automated listing videos, property flyers, testimonial collection, blogging tool, and cinemagraphs are just a few of the features available.

How are listing videos created?

We use information from your MLS to make property highlight videos for each of your listings. This video is made so that search engines can find it, and it is also added to your YouTube channel and your website's "listing page." This video isn't meant to be a replacement for a high-end video or a drone video of the home. This feature is meant to be an automatic solution, no matter what the home's price is. It's not meant to sell the home, but to make it easier for new home buyers to find you in the future.

How many flyer and video template options are available?

At the moment, we only have a few video and flyer templates to choose from. We definitely plan to expand upon this in the very near future as we grow and develop a better understanding of the needs of our clients. Please feel free to reach out and let us know what types of templates could be helpful. We would love to hear from you.

Who manages the blogging system?

The blogging system is an easy-to-use tool that allows you to start creating and writing material right away, which will help you establish yourself as a real estate professional.  Write articles and publish them to your website, or use the Hacker Genie to assist you with formatting and uploading the article to your website. If you want someone to create articles for you, your Hacker Genie will not be able to help but we highly recommend hiring a freelance writer from Fiverr.com to produce one article each month for you. These independent contractors charge anywhere between $5 and $25 per article.

How many cinemagraphs can I request per month?

You can request unlimited cinemagraphs as long as you are either the listing agent or co-listing agent. Cinemagraphs are great marketing assets that can help bring life to a property. Not all properties call for a cinemagraph, and we recommend using images with plenty of visible sky behind the house, as the primary feature of the cinemagraph is the animated (looping) clouds.
